• Had a very good prep for today, I was ready for today. Completely locked in. Started my morning right. I was proud of myself, but unfortunately price did not deliver any proper setup today.
• I was aiming for PDH being our draw for the day, but it got taken out minutes after market open at 9:30.
• I just sat on my hands and watched the price today.
• There was also a lot of SMT between NQ and ES, and it was confusing me with how to build up my bias in real time. When NQ swept out PDH, ES was nowhere near close to PDH. Shorts is something I was thinking there, but I wasn’t comfortable taking them.
• Below is a trade that I was looking at - I wasn’t confident in using this as PDA because I don’t think it was super clear to be considered an OB + plus like I said earlier we already swept out PDH which was our draw for the day.
• The reason why PDH was my draw, was because we manipulated into 4H FVG during London session and had a strong bounce out of that area.
