Notes about Today:

• Was anticipating better structure today going into ny session but we dumped the price today.
• My first trade aligned perfectly with my rules and I went in with a clear plan. My second trade was an attempt at a continuation trade to the upside, but since I didn't see this FVG being respected well, I was in and out quickly for basically breakeven profit. I also got stopped out at first with my second trade.
• Felt some emotions during the day especially going into 10-11am price action, so I locked myself out a couple times today. I did really well with that as I felt some frustration, but I knew better to not enter any stupid setups.
