Notes about Today:

• Day before FOMC and Federal Funds Rates, price is in bad consolidation. Neither 10am and 2pm gave any solid opportunity, therefore no trades in my usual time frames.
• I did get slightly impatient during the 9:50-10:10 macro, and took a trade that would’ve made sense IF there was something clear for 10am 4h candle to push into, but we did not get anything like that.
• Negative day, but that’s part of the game. I did okay mentally with stopping myself from doing any more damage to my accounts, and I just called it a day earlier. Took a look at 2pm, but 2pm also didn’t deliver any proper setups.
• Can’t win everyday.
